Nurahmad Latifi was born in Zabol in 1951. He holds graduate degree in cosmetic and plastic surgery.

As Deputy Minister of Health, Nurahmad Latifi played a key role in depriving Baha’i citizens of their economic rights. Latifi issued a directive to the Ministry’s staff stating that the Islamic Republic is forbidden from paying the salaries of Baha’i citizens and from delivering their graduate credentials.
